The vision of Holywood Family Trust is that a centre and network of people would exist in the North Down & Ards area that is equipped to help individuals and families through some of the issues in their lives, and contribute towards an inclusive community

HFT Youth Fundraising on May Day for an International Trip to India in 2016
HFT with Frontline Development are taking 9 local young people on an international trip to India this summer to visit our long standing partner organisation that works with, among many things, children in education and the elderly for health care. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported out fund raising table quiz for the India International project last night. And to everybody who helped at the event, donated tray bakes or prizes!
As part of the Youth Provision at HFT and with the support of Alan George we have started the ZONE international programme, which will run over 11 months, beginning in November 2015 and ending in September 2016.
This is a programme for 10 young people from the Holywood area, which includes a preparation stage, a 10 day visit to India and a follow-up stage. It is a leadership development, educational and cultural awareness raising programme. While in India the young people wi...ll work with school pupils to deliver programmes of work with them. Upon returning home the participants will be expected to use their skills and learning to work in their communities.
As part of the fund raising efforts for this project we are holding a table quiz in the Community Hall at Holywood Family Trust on Saturday 28th November, staring at 7pm.
We want to invite you, your family, friends and colleagues to come along. The support would be greatly appreciated and help the success of the night.
