Very good shop but euro rate is terrible & with yous been close to the border yous would need to change it our yous won't get to many euro customers

Trevor, one of the assistants at the Bangor Co=Down store, deserves a big pat on the back, he took my 'phone no. yesterday and said he'd call when the items I wanted were in stock, at 10 pm last night he did just that and held two over for me, well done Trevor, you deserve recognition.

Great store but the euro rate would put me of shopping there - if hoping for cross border trade need to look at this urgently as news travels fast

Although I have rated a 4 ,this is for the stock and prices. Twice I have been in to be put under pressure with packing while the shop assistant is waiting for my card to pay. So I paid ,then the shop assistant went on to try and scan next customers order through ,only the customer waited till I had finished packing. Today I went in and again no one helped pack but I was still packing when shop assistant asked for money. This time I told then yes when iv finished packing. attitude wasn't very nice and no help at all. The 1st time I experienced this I phoned the manager !!! huh I think he also needs training again as well as the staff at the tills.

management at clacton on sea store need to be replaced by decent managers

Went in today and was told i couldnt stay in the shop as i had my school bag with me, what a disgrace its an absolute joke as people can go in with handbags but not school bags...

Shop and store team good however spoilt my experience of Phwelli home bargins to come home to an £85 parking charge which was for 10 mins over in the car park will be encouraging everyone I know to shop at different home stores from now on as letting another company rip customers off doesn't make there shops good value anymore
