In the last year my knowledge on essential oils has grown but there is always so much more to learn. I love opening my Neil’s Yard Essential Oils book and looking for an oil that will help a client.. a lady this evening wanted to improve her concentration and focus. After her reflexology we looked into different oils that would help her. Rosemary is the one she feels would suit her best and has been shown to improve concentration and memory by up for 75%.

Never had Reflexology before? Always wondered what happens??
I’m often asked what happens during a reflexology treatment.
After a conversation with your therapist all you need to do is remove your socks, lie back and relax. I will start to massage your feet warming them up with gentle movements. When you and relaxed I will work on specific areas of the feet which correspond to various parts of your body. ... These reflexes can show up imbalances which I will discuss with yourself at the end of the treatment. Imbalances include headaches, IBS, shoulder and neck problems there can be various reasons for imbalances. Reflexology is not a diagnoses it does not cure issues. However it promotes a state of relaxation and wellbeing to encourage the body to work properly and heal itself relieving symptoms to a range of problems.
Do not be worried about trying reflexology for yourself. From a client point of view it is an hour to relax for me time! 🐝
