Super comfy place to stay, friendly staff & great location

Terrible mangement openly seemed to be under the influence of drugs they took money from my account without my consent.And as a result I will be passing the information onto the PSNI. Never felt to intimidated in my life

It's not as clean as shown in photographs. Once you lie on the bed you can see loads of holes in the floor and walls. Found the beds super inconvenient. Worst hostel stay for sure in northern Ireland

Very friendly and helpful. Great place to meet other travelers. Clean rooms. Helpful advice about local attractions.

I stayed at Hostel Connect for a few nights while doing research in Derry for my post-grad degree. The facilities were great - very clean, comfy beds, good common room and a good kitchen. Breakfast is included in the room price and is a good range of cereal, breads and fruit. There's a tesco across the road and lots of cafes, bakeries and shops nearby for other food. It's within short walking distance of most tourist attractions too. I was amazed at the price, and would happily stay there again in future. My only criticism was that it was a bit cold at times, but that was because of a cold snap outside, and there were electric heaters provided so it wasn't too bad - just bring a good jumper if there's cold weather expected. Highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay in Derry!

Great security. Did not like the bathroom setup. Awsome breakfast.
