Wimbledon 2018 🎾 | Matches shown live at House Belfast.

Went here on Sunday evening with my mum and sister. I had the House Burger and fries, mum had the chicken and sister had the steak, which looked delicious and cooked to perfection (medium). Three cleared plates! Followed by three raspberry and white chocolate cheesecakes, which was amazing. All washed down with fantastic wine (and rum!). The bar has been transformed during the refurb (that blossom tree!), and has a warm and welcoming ambience. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back. �

Went for a coffee yesterday and the red velvet cake was amazing! Waitress was so friendly too, we could have sat there all day. Lovely place can't wait to go back

Visited the bar with friends for the first time on Friday night. I really enjoyed the night. The bar is decorated beautifully with a huge blossom tree behind the bar and lots of different areas to choose from; all turned out in similar beautiful themes. The door staff, bar staff and manager were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good. The music was enjoyable and so all in all was a great night.

Spent my first anniversary at House and could not recommend the place enough! Rooms are gorgeous, food and drink fantastic and service was superb. Will definitely be back!

My Friend and I went for lunch on St Patricks day.

This place was fabulous.

The Food, The Cocktails, The Service & The Staff. Amazing.

So good we stayed for dinner & worked are way through most of the Cocktail List.

This is now my most favourite place in Belfast

Loved my stay in House, comfortable room and great staff! Nespresso with George most mornings, sigh....! A must do when in Belfast, is visit the bar at least more than once and enjoy a bowl of crab claws WOW! ' you feel at home when in House' Xx

It's very hard to get service these days in Belfast, so this was a great find, I will be recommending this venue to everyone who would like great food and somewhere to go. Well done house 😀

I visited last night and cannot commend the staff highly enough... They found us a seat on a busy Friday evening even though we did not have a reservation, and servers were so friendly and engaging throughout the evening. My friend and I tried two of the cocktails, both of which were delicious, and enjoyed a selection of the yummy small plates. We were so well looked after and really enjoyed the comfortable & relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to an opportunity to come back for another visit!

I had the best time celebrating my birthday last night in the bar and have to give particular thanks to Emma the manager who couldn't have done enough for us. In such a busy bar she made us feel like nothing was too much. Delicious cocktails, and fantastic atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Had lunch today with my partner and two kids! The burger was insanely good and the wings were delicious! Staff were great with my daughter and even put her ice cream in a cup to take away as we were in a rush! Will deff be back x

Had dinner and drinks on Sunday and absolutely loved it. First time being here the bar and decor are stunning. Guy playing guitar set a nice vibe. I had the wings and my boyfriend had the crab claws to start wings were lovely and you get loads, boyfriend absolutely loved the crab claws. For main he had the sliders ( said they were lovely) and I had the steak. One of the best steaks Iv ever had and cooked to perfection ( medium rare). Too full for desserts lol but had a few cocktails again they were gorgeous. Our waitress was also attentive and lovely. Will definitely be back!

Had a lovely lunch with mum. A classy and relaxed atmosphere throughout with chic decor. All the staff were very friendly, professional and cooperative. Cant wait for our next visit. Have been recommending to my friends.

Can't recommend House Belfast enough. Stayed for two nights at the weekend and it was an absolute dream. Gorgeous rooms - spotlessly clean and some thoughtful extras - like earplugs and bottled water by the bed. The bar was absolutely stunning, and the cocktails were to die for! The outside area was perfect to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch � The food was incredible and quite varied. Of course, the staff were lovely and extremely helpful, which is always refreshing. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

A great selection of draught beers, DJ played awesome tunes all evening. Bar tender (Kyle) was asked for a cocktail, only specification was ‘sweet’....... he was a legend. The gentleman in question was incredibly professional dishing up top quality service and beverages. Cannot recommend enough

Lovely relaxing Saturday afternoon in the House, great selection of Gins on offer, tried few, be rude not to!! Stayed for dinner and were seated by the window, thoroughly enjoyed our meal and people watching on Botanic Avenue. The food was lovely and reasonably priced, although the sea bass portion was quite small only a small half of a filet? Great staff and service, with a relaxed atmosphere, be back again👍

Went here on Saturday for my friends bday celebration and although the bar itself is beautiful I found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. I know it was busy but we were left in the corner for long periods of time without anyone checking on us and it was very cold. Food was ok but service would put me of returning.

Was disappointed, went for dinner. Was looked up & down by the young man whom was at the door, told he had no tables for 2 available. We would have sat at the bar and had a few cocktails and waited for a table however we got the impression that we were not in the age group they approve of. (50’s). Very sad impression to give. However this was the ONLY bad experience of our entire visit to Belfast.

Going to the Empire for a gig so the location is good.

However...

This Hotel has issues.

I arrived at 5pm but room not ready, I was offered a free drink and waited for about 30 minutes...

How does that happen ? I had reservation... I did not arrive as a surprise....

Got to the room... key card would not work...

Despite a good few staff visible,, service was slow.

Cannot charge restaurant food to your room.

Bar closed at normal time, No drinks service available for residents,.. Security guy on door was aggressive as I headed for the bathroom,.. bar staff told him I was resident....downstairs toilets need regular inspections and could be cleaner.

Room 304 well appointed but toilet needs a plumber to check lack of flush.

Morning breakfast I was asked 3 times for room number and then my name.. to be told I was not on his list ??

I did look to see if Basil was running the place.

I could go on....

Some of the staff were lovely.. but that's not sufficient.

As a guest, I expected better... much better...

The place and service are normally good but today I was there with my friends. I was wearing a hat and one of the stuff told me you must take it off in a bad way while other two people were already wearing hats. I told him this is not fair why do you allow others and you tell me to take my hat off. He told me he didn’t notice them while one of them was sitting in front of him. Eventually we left before finishing our drinks .
