Patrick at the Frederic Malle counter was wonderful thank you for all your help.Pity I can't say the same for the staff at the Estee Lauder counter

Very poor customer care policies. Thankfully there are many other better stores.

Called into house of frazer to buy Burberry BRIT splash aftershave I can't remember if it was £74 or £54 but never the less I decided not to putchase and luckily it was the right decision as I called into Savers and saw the same aftershave for £19.99 for a 100ml bottle

well laid out. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. I went to the benefit counter and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Also very skilled makeup artists.

Was in house of Fraser last week with my mum and sister. Fab customer service from Tanith! She was great. Couldn't do enough for us and was very friendly! Thanks again!

A great department store Belfast's best. A great variety of handbags, make-up clothes etc for both men and women. A smaller area of children's clothes with top brands. Well worth a visit

Staff are friendly and helpful; not hounding. Have shopped here a number of times and was given help to order an item on line and chose click and collect. Received text message to advise item had arrived. Very good service.

I normally don't enjoy shopping in House of Fraser Belfast as a number of the staff have been quite rude in the past. That has all changed with a recent addition named Connor who works on the Tom Ford counter. Such a wonderful ambassador for the Tom Ford brand, extremely helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic without being overbearing in the pursuit of a sale. Shall definitely visit again. Other staff in House of Fraser would do well to learn some key customer service skills from this lovely young man.
