HR Solutions are a small, personal and friendly Consultancy Firm based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. Although based in Antrim I also cover the whole of Northern Ireland and I am also qualified to provide guidance, advice and training to Company's throughout the Republic of Ireland.

My main aim is to provide a professional, hands on service approach to all my clients no matter how big or small the situation that has arisen is. I will not just be a voice on the end of the phone offering advice, I will be there supporting you during meetings, conducting and chairing meetings, minute taking and dealing with Union Representatives where necessary. I will also be advising on the course of action that may need to follow a disciplinary hearing etc.

Most of what happens in an organisation revolves around the people and their motivation to do their job. Organisations are increasingly focusing on the Management of their main assets - their people! !

This may be as straight forward as introducing policies and procedures within the Company and ensuring legal compliance with the same or as complex as determining the goals and values within which your organisation will operate and promote and involve themselves as well as their staff in everything they do,
