Hugh Black Consulting was founded early 2016 by the infamous Hugh Black.

Hugh started his retail career over 30 years ago managing the then no. 1 department store Dunnes Stores, he then moved into Shopping Centre management including The Flagship Centre, Junction One and the spectacular Victoria Square.

Throughout the years Hugh has developed a wealth of knowledge in everything from store mangement, to overseeing the development and launching some of Northern Ireland's most famous shopping scheme's, and most recently he spend the past 2 years developing, and re-branding the commercial world of Age NI (formally Age Concern).
