Went this evening with the other half loved the whole visit !!! The girl who served was was fantastic by the food was so nice the burger I had was second to none !! Will defiantly be back !!

Food was fabulous and well presented deafo get ur money's as always, service was brilliant, our waiter thor (gary) was very friendly an welcoming. Highly recommended to everyone deafo worth the visit 100% back again �

My fiancé and I went for a meal here last night and we were quite disappointed by the service. He ordered the potato cubes and he clearly got the end of the bag as the 'cubes' were more like flakes. After we had finished our main we were waiting 40 minutes to be offered a dessert menu and during the waiting they had turned all music off and started mopping with bleach because it stank, as if they were rushing us to leave, this was at 9:20. I would just like to add that google says you are opened until 10:30 on a Friday night and your Facebook page doesn't give any closing times at all. So I don't understand why you were rushing us out. My partner received the wrong dessert and we were given one strawberry between us for our STRAWBERRY brownies � as soon as we left all of the staff were piling out behind us, clearly couldn't wait to get home. Servers were quite rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Very disappointing service.

Decent enough food and the pricing was reasonable. Portions were a good size. Main complaints are around the lack of heating due to the draft getting through the door every time it opened. Really bad. Service was quite slow too. Seemed very understaffed. Quite a wait to get a seat with so many empty booths available. Other than that, not too bad. Recommend the banofee if your going for a pudding. Very tasty!

Went for Mother's Day meal after cinema - we stood at door for over 10mins despite there being available booths to seat us - when we were seated it was 25 min fir found to come - all food was lukewarm - no-one came near us to ask if all ok or if we needed anything else - as we had plans for straight after we couldn't go anywhere else - in fairness when we left they dud then ask if all ok & when I said no & explained that the food appeared to have sat in the pass for quite done time before reaching us they did remove the kids meal & drinks from bill - this us now all owned by same people as Bubba Drews which unfortunately was also a disappointment previously - really needs improving or we will lose our local cinema due to lack of decent eateries - will stick to Lisburn omniplex in future

The food was very nice and well presented but did take a while to come out and tried to flag down a waitress to get a second drink but that was a big fail.....its not that the customer service was bad... There just wasn't any... They need more staff.

Really disappointed,, took my two boys with me & had cinema booked for 6.50pm. One order was wrong which myself and one of my kids had finished as the other had to wait another 20 mins where he didn't even get to eat it & wasn't allowed it into the cinema... I had ordered a dip which I had to ask for it three times but meal was almost finished by the time I got it... had to ask for a box to take pizza home.. the child didn't even get to eat his tea.. I then got to the till & was told my bill was 38.50... so I said to the guy who served us,, really!! So after all that we are getting nothing off!! Said I wanted to see the manager but that was a no go.. the guy whispered into another girls ear & she said,, Look,, I'll take the drinks off for you.. still ended up paying £32.00... total Disgrace, , will definately NOT be back!! Really are doing urselves out of business!!!

Eventually another part of my main came the side dish but still incomplete and brought by a different server finally last part of main came ie 3 prawns! No sign of the sweet chillie sauce described on the menu. What a disaster.

Realised when finished part of one of the other mains never arrived. Must have had 5 or 6 different servers drip feeding our 3 orders.

No offer of recompense no attempt to address our disappointment so obviously no interest in our return business. Won t be back there. And such a pity cause previous experiences had been positive.

However, on our visit this evening. The service was very poor. Very disorganised. Waiting an unreasonable amount of time to receive pur order. Clearing tables was slow and getting the orders correct. Had to physically get up to gwt cutlery and remind of additional orders. Now slip ups can happen. Were all human. Just this evening, the general experience was not enjoyable. A shame really. Not in a hurry to be back.

Waiting 49 minutes for food to come, one bowl was basically just mushrooms, the lasagne sheets were hard and overall not pleasant. All of our stomachs were off the rest of the day. Don’t think I’ll be back :)

What a waste of money! I could’ve made better at home at a fraction of the cost.

It was my birthday yesterday & my husband wanted to treat me. We were going to go to Bubba Drew’s but the queue was out the door and we were starving so we decided to go to Husky Jo’s.

We are regular users of all 3 food places in that unit & go back because it has usually been good, though Husky Jo’s would have the lowest quality of the 3 but usually been good enough.

We planned to have 2 courses, mains & dessert.

The server was pleasant, the food took ages to arrive, two people received very small servings of cold curly fries & those looked like end bits of a packet ie not that curly at all! My curry was dry at the top, the meat at the top was dried out, the underneath meat was fine, I was supposed to receive half rice & half chips & possibly a mango chutney (was on the menu), I didn’t realise until server left us, I only received a small/half portion of rice, chips & chutney were missing, no-one checked on us during the meal, we needed drinks & tried to get a servers attention - nope!

A server only came to us at the end of our meal to collect dishes & asked was everything ok, we told the server the issues. He said he’d speak to supervisor, the server came back, said sorry, gave us our bill. The supervisor never came to speak to us. We went to pay & were asked again if everything was ok and my husband once again said no we had issues. Server said sorry but never asked what issues & we paid. We left.

My child who had sausages & ‘straight’ curly fries got a tummy ache straight afterwards, was awake through the night with thirst & tummy ache and has been vomiting all morning & now we are concerned that her sausages weren’t cooked through!!!

It has been roughly 12 hours from when she ate the sausages to when the vomiting started.

She had no tummy ache before the restaurant visit & she had been in good form with no sign of illness beforehand.



I have had a far from enjoyable birthday & Mother’s Day due to rubbish cooking/time management & a disinterested/ neglectful supervisor.



I feel sorry for the ‘lost’ servers, they are clearly not getting the right direction, it is clear to see that they disagreed with how we were treated & with our food being far below standard but they were not able to do anything to help other than mutter ‘sorry’ with their heads bowed!



It wasn’t them that needed to apologise!! The cook & supervisor should have been apologising. The servers were run off their feet & the supervisor should have been checking that every customer was ok.



I think the cooks credentials need checked up on, along with a refresher course of meal timing & hygiene.

I think the supervisor needs to attend a course in leading staff & a workshop in compassionate communication to meet customers needs - no good hiding from his costumers!



4 out of 5 of us didn’t finish our meals.



We will not be back to Husky Jo’s.

I do not want a gift voucher for Husky Jo’s so don’t even offer one!



This by far the lowest standard I have come across from a restaurant!



If my daughters illness worsens I will be bringing her to hospital and I will see about getting her tested for food poisoning. If it is food poisoning that makes the situation more serious.

No-one should get ill from restaurant quality food.

No-one should pay for food like what we received, if I had of made food like that at home it would’ve been binned & I would’ve started over.

Average food, service TERRIBLE. Cold & draughty, no music, no atmosphere. Not busy at all & staff still couldn't keep on top of everything. 4 out of our 5 food orders came out wrong. Go somewhere else!

Absolutely shite, ive made better in the house out of the microwave, hardly any meat in my lasange, the pasta wasnt cooked enough in it and had no taste to it, tesco's bargin range would be far nicer, i have never in my life tasted worse peppered sauce... asked would it be possible to get garlic an chilli curly fries, they asked what if we cant do that (which should never be an option) i said garlic cube's but when arrived i got neither just plain cube's, i said can i get garlic on them please (as in warm garlic butter) no i was set down a sour cream an chive dip, it was well over priced for the plate of pedigree chum we were handed and on top of that it was f@*king cold, wont be back 🖒

We are regular users of all 3 food places in that unit & go back because it has usually been good, though Husky Jo’s would have the lowest quality of the 3 but usually been good enough.

We planned to have 2 courses, mains & dessert.

The server was pleasant, the food took ages to arrive, two people received very small servings of cold curly fries & those looked like end bits of a packet ie not that curly at all! My curry was dry at the top, the meat at the top was dried out, the underneath meat was fine, I was supposed to receive half rice & half chips & possibly a mango chutney (was on the menu), I didn’t realise until server left us, I only received a small/half portion of rice, chips & chutney were missing, no-one checked on us during the meal, we needed drinks & tried to get a servers attention - nope!

A server only came to us at the end of our meal to collect dishes & asked was everything ok, we told the server the issues. He said he’d speak to supervisor, the server came back, said sorry, gave us our bill. The supervisor never came to speak to us. We went to pay & were asked again if everything was ok and my husband once again said no we had issues. Server said sorry but never asked what issues & we paid. We left.

My child who had sausages & ‘straight’ curly fries got a tummy ache straight afterwards, was awake through the night with thirst & tummy ache and has been vomiting all morning & now we are concerned that her sausages weren’t cooked through!!!

It has been roughly 12 hours from when she ate the sausages to when the vomiting started.

She had no tummy ache before the restaurant visit & she had been in good form with no sign of illness beforehand.



I have had a far from enjoyable birthday & Mother’s Day due to rubbish cooking/time management & a disinterested/ neglectful supervisor.



I feel sorry for the ‘lost’ servers, they are clearly not getting the right direction, it is clear to see that they disagreed with how we were treated & with our food being far below standard but they were not able to do anything to help other than mutter ‘sorry’ with their heads bowed!



It wasn’t them that needed to apologise!! The cook & supervisor should have been apologising. The servers were run off their feet & the supervisor should have been checking that every customer was ok.



I think the cooks credentials need checked up on, along with a refresher course of meal timing & hygiene.

I think the supervisor needs to attend a course in leading staff & a workshop in compassionate communication to meet customers needs - no good hiding from his costumers!



4 out of 5 of us didn’t finish our meals.



We will not be back to Husky Jo’s.

I do not want a gift voucher for Husky Jo’s so don’t even offer one!



This by far the lowest standard I have come across from a restaurant!



If my daughters illness worsens I will be bringing her to hospital and I will see about getting her tested for food poisoning. If it is food poisoning that makes the situation more serious.

No-one should get ill from restaurant quality food.

No-one should pay for food like what we received, if I had of made food like that at home it would’ve been binned & I would’ve started over.

Absolutely shite, ive made better in the house out of the microwave, hardly any meat in my lasange, the pasta wasnt cooked enough in it and had no taste to it, tesco's bargin range would be far nicer, i have never in my life tasted worse peppered sauce... asked would it be possible to get garlic an chilli curly fries, they asked what if we cant do that (which should never be an option) i said garlic cube's but when arrived i got neither just plain cube's, i said can i get garlic on them please (as in warm garlic butter) no i was set down a sour cream an chive dip, it was well over priced for the plate of pedigree chum we were handed and on top of that it was f@*king cold, wont be back 🖒

My fiancé and I went for a meal here last night and we were quite disappointed by the service. He ordered the potato cubes and he clearly got the end of the bag as the 'cubes' were more like flakes. After we had finished our main we were waiting 40 minutes to be offered a dessert menu and during the waiting they had turned all music off and started mopping with bleach because it stank, as if they were rushing us to leave, this was at 9:20. I would just like to add that google says you are opened until 10:30 on a Friday night and your Facebook page doesn't give any closing times at all. So I don't understand why you were rushing us out. My partner received the wrong dessert and we were given one strawberry between us for our STRAWBERRY brownies � as soon as we left all of the staff were piling out behind us, clearly couldn't wait to get home. Servers were quite rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Very disappointing service.

Decent enough food and the pricing was reasonable. Portions were a good size. Main complaints are around the lack of heating due to the draft getting through the door every time it opened. Really bad. Service was quite slow too. Seemed very understaffed. Quite a wait to get a seat with so many empty booths available. Other than that, not too bad. Recommend the banofee if your going for a pudding. Very tasty!

Went for Mother's Day meal after cinema - we stood at door for over 10mins despite there being available booths to seat us - when we were seated it was 25 min fir found to come - all food was lukewarm - no-one came near us to ask if all ok or if we needed anything else - as we had plans for straight after we couldn't go anywhere else - in fairness when we left they dud then ask if all ok & when I said no & explained that the food appeared to have sat in the pass for quite done time before reaching us they did remove the kids meal & drinks from bill - this us now all owned by same people as Bubba Drews which unfortunately was also a disappointment previously - really needs improving or we will lose our local cinema due to lack of decent eateries - will stick to Lisburn omniplex in future

The food was very nice and well presented but did take a while to come out and tried to flag down a waitress to get a second drink but that was a big fail.....its not that the customer service was bad... There just wasn't any... They need more staff.

Really disappointed,, took my two boys with me & had cinema booked for 6.50pm. One order was wrong which myself and one of my kids had finished as the other had to wait another 20 mins where he didn't even get to eat it & wasn't allowed it into the cinema... I had ordered a dip which I had to ask for it three times but meal was almost finished by the time I got it... had to ask for a box to take pizza home.. the child didn't even get to eat his tea.. I then got to the till & was told my bill was 38.50... so I said to the guy who served us,, really!! So after all that we are getting nothing off!! Said I wanted to see the manager but that was a no go.. the guy whispered into another girls ear & she said,, Look,, I'll take the drinks off for you.. still ended up paying £32.00... total Disgrace, , will definately NOT be back!! Really are doing urselves out of business!!!

Really disappointed with dinner this evening. Long long wait for order then only 2 came. After another long time Until some of my main arrived. Server said sorry but clearly did nt want to be bothered and made some excuse about big boss changing menus. Eventually another part of my main came the side dish but still incomplete and brought by a different server finally last part of main came ie 3 prawns! No sign of the sweet chillie sauce described on the menu. What a disaster.

Realised when finished part of one of the other mains never arrived. Must have had 5 or 6 different servers drip feeding our 3 orders.

No offer of recompense no attempt to address our disappointment so obviously no interest in our return business. Won t be back there. And such a pity cause previous experiences had been positive.

However, on our visit this evening. The service was very poor. Very disorganised. Waiting an unreasonable amount of time to receive pur order. Clearing tables was slow and getting the orders correct. Had to physically get up to gwt cutlery and remind of additional orders. Now slip ups can happen. Were all human. Just this evening, the general experience was not enjoyable. A shame really. Not in a hurry to be back.

Waiting 49 minutes for food to come, one bowl was basically just mushrooms, the lasagne sheets were hard and overall not pleasant. All of our stomachs were off the rest of the day. Don’t think I’ll be back :)
