My husband and I had the 3 course Sunday lunch and it was really delicious. Top marks for presentation, flavor, portion size and service. Loved it so much we have just booked the family for news years Day.

Food absolutely gorgeous but also the staff are top class, amazing. Rang them to book a table for me and mum and Leah. When we arrived they had a ramp already at the front door for Leahs wheelchair. So welcoming helpful and lovely. Always are. Would highly recommend and would give more stars if I could. Thank you again and be back again very soon. xx

Excellent food and service. Definitely worth it. Steak cooked to perfection and side dishes filling and flavoursome. Staff were great even though very busy. Totally understandable why it's busy as it is beautiful food at a great price!

After being extremely let down by a local hotel, we booked for a meal at the Icon. The staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us. The Steaks were cooked to perfection and side dishes were really tasty.

Couldnt find any faults at all. Special shout out to Leonie our waitress, the time and effort she put into making us feel happy and comfortable was second to none. She was def worthy of her £10 tip.

Will def be back, thank you ;)

Very disapointed. After waiting more than the said time. We asked wot the soup was young waitresd shrugged her shoulders before asking a young fellow . After ordering meal i requested watet. Had to ask three times. My sister n law asked for no cheese on her meal. She got cheese. We didnt let ut go back as we had such a long wait on our meal. Now in all fairness they were extremly busy. But my steak was meant to b med well. It came well done and burnt on the down side. I did say and the gentleman was very good and brought me another one. But by the time my champ come my steak was nearly finished. Was very disapointed as it was my husbands birthday. So didnt bother with dessert. And wud have liked to had our meal altogether rather than them eating and me not. I understand these things can happen as i am a waitress myself . But we would go back . These things happen in the best of places

To be honest the food wasn’t bad but the service was terrible!! Two girls standing at the desk talking and looking up there phone while me and my husband sat for 10/15 mins are more waiting to get served ... not another person in the place might I add... another 5 mins and we where walking out!!! Don’t mind if a restaurant is busy and having to wait but waiting on two girls to finish there conversations is another thing!!!! Won’t be back!!!!!

Nice place! Was there this evening and it was jammed packed, really busy! Asked to sit and wait in wine bar area until a table was available. Waited 20 minutes and then escorted to our table. Staff stood chatting at the till area, no rush to take our order. Waited for 15 mins until I made eye contact with waitress who then realised we were ready to order. Food arrived 30 mins later, wrong sauce and cold! Sad really. Watched one waiter carrying trays and trays of food upstairs continously, poor guy! Three staff members still standing at till area. This waiter then addressed my query about the sauce and brought what I had ordered. Not one person asked if our meal was ok... Didnt realse it was 50% off when going there and that explains why they were so busy. NOT a good meal experience and management need to look at their staffing, no team work whatsover. It seems they are allocated certain tables and outside that area they dont care about other customers! The attitude was, "thats not my table". Could tell you indepth about the conversations between the three staff hanging around the till area but its best I log off now!

Honestly the last 2 times I've been here I've been very disappointed. The food has been barely edible with freezing main courses. The service has also been ridiculously slow. We were out for a family birthday meal and our table was booked for 7pm, we were not eating our starters until near 8:30pm. My 3 year old nephew didn't get his dinner until 8:45pm even after repeatedly asking if his dinner could be brought out first. Until standards improve I will not be back.

Had a special request due to medical condition which was to simply change the choice of veg. Was told that this was not possible and had to accept the dish without any veg. Was informed that the chef had portions already made up and could not be changed. Still had to pay full price. Had to send potatoes back as they were cold. Very disappointed and doubt if I will return. Customer service was very poor indeed.

I would not recommend this place. Ate in here about a week ago. Firstly told had to be out by 8 as expecting a party! I hate to be rushed! Then salt chilli chicken with crunchy veg. No the veg was not crunchy covered in oil! And as for the steak as tuf as a goats knee as they say. I won’t be back as for the staff they appear not to listen as to what was ordered. Several drinks/food come to the table which we never ordered!
