When my daughter wasn't sure how to celebrate my grandaughter's birthday I suggested afternoon tea, leaving the choice of venue to her. They are both regulars at Icons but I'd never visited.
On Saturday afternoon, 22nd June, 7 of us waited in anticipation of their arrival - primed and ready to welcome the birthday girl with a chorus of Happy Birthday!
Our afternoon tea was sumptuous!
The atmosphere was most convivial!
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff!
There was an ample sufficiency of goodies to eat and we did eat amply!
I would thoroughly recommend the experience.
This is my favourite place right now! Great food, great coffee, and lovely staff who are always happy to accommodate even someone as hard to please as me!!
No disappointments here guys, highly recommended!

This is a great wee spot in the town centre with lovely coffee and lovely food, only wish the menu was abit bigger with more selection.
