So tonight we are able to offer only 5 of our previously sold out aprons... made entirely from old Icelandic tents decommissioned from Scout camps and now treasured in the workshop, the garden or even the kitchen. As you will see, all the aprons are all individual, with different pockets, seams and shades of green canvas. If you would like one please PM with the letter of your preferred choice. If you would like a kids size or one from cream canvas please PM for details. These are available to you for £25 posted signed for delivery.

Did you ever hear a story about three bears...
...Once there were three bears who wanted to join the Scouts...But these were no ordinary bears, these were three bears made from old Icelandic Tents from Blacks of Greenock.
Green Icelandic tents that had seen better days were reconfigured, hessian sacking was washed and attached, eyelets were added for features and best of all, a white Icelandic tent Scarf / Necker was added, with a woggle made from the wooden buttons on the ...brailing...
What could be better - maybe the fact that they all come with their name engraved on a wooden runner from the guy-lines! These bears have been hand sewn due to the thickness of the canvas, the canvas washed twice so it is clean but with the 'aroma of camp' and can be yours in time for Valentines day if you order today.

They are on their way... the tension is building... not long now... but what??

So the workshop has been busy and we have another 4 of the lovely handmade adult sized Icelandic aprons for sale. Each apron has a different pocket size and shape, different neck straps and all are unique in colouring and stitching - some even have door eyelets!!! All aprons are £25 posted and it is first come, first served!

Each apron is original and unique with different cuts of canvas, different pocket designs using eyelets, original labels, seams, loops and door fabric! All handmade from decommissioned and well loved Icelandic tents. Washed twice but still have a faint ‘aroma of camp’. Initials or numbers can be added.
