The credit union provides saving and lending facilities to members. In order to qualify for membership a person must live or work in the parishes of Kilskeery and Devenish in the south west Tyrone /north Fermanagh area. This area approximates to parts of the BT78 and BT94 postal areas of counties Tyrone and Fermanagh.
As well as premises in the town of Irvinestown, the credit union provides banking facilities in the town of Trillick in Co Tyrone, and the area of Coa in Co Fermanagh. In both areas there are no mainstream banking facilities.
The Credit Union also works in local schools, both the controlled and maintained sector, promoting the concept of saving and also providing the facility for young savers to make their deposits in school.
