Our batch bread goes through a fermentation process before being slow baked for a distinctive flavour.

Back for another year, Irwin's Bakery attended Food Force Ireland Trade Show at The Culloden Hotel, Cultra where we showcased a range of fruited and cake products to FFI retailers.
This show gives suppliers and retailers a unique way to influence their sales. By speaking directly to suppliers, retailers can decide what is right for their business and localise their offering.
Another year has come and gone at Tesco Taste Northern Ireland Festival.
It was lovely to meet so many of our customers, hear your stories about why you have bought our bread over the years and showcasing our products.
All products shown at the show can be bought in Tesco across NI.

And the season has started... Well done to the 18 teams competing in Lisburn Racquets Club in the Opening League Rally yesterday.
