We are the iSave Bank, a team of students from Loreto Grammar School in Omagh who are taking part in the AIB and First Trust “Build A Bank Challenge”.

We are the iSave Bank, a team of students from Loreto Grammar School in Omagh who are taking part in the “Build A Bank Challenge” – an initiative run by AIB & First Trust Bank. Our business aim is to set up and run a bank within our school to raise awareness of financial management and encourage students to save. Our “give to save” campaign will focus on not only saving money but saving lives; hence, we want to use this business venture to support local charities and causes within our community. The Charities and Organisations we have chosen to champion are:
• The NI Childrens’ Hospice – We hope to support the fantastic work being done in the Horizon West Facility in Fermanagh by raising funds for them.
• Opt For Life – We think it is vital to raise awareness of Organ Donation and how it can save so many lives.
• NI Blood Transfusion Service – We will support the NIBTS by assisting at local Blood Donation events, increasing sessions / donations; and raising awareness for this invaluable and critical service.
We plan to fundraise by organising prize raffles & competitions. All proceeds go to the Northern Ireland Children's Hospice.
