My laptop had a hard drive failure with all the files I need every day.. I thought I had lost the lot.. but Stephen was able to save everything and then migrate all my files over to a brand news SSD drive.. very impressed and very relieved.. top marks.. can't recommend highly enough..

I brought in a Dell computer which had would not turn on. I was subsequently informed that the hard drive was gone and if I wanted to try and retrieve any data I would have to send it away and this would cost between £350 and £550. I brought the computer home and I tried the hard drive on an old Dell computer and lo and behold I was able to retrieve all the data. I don't believe this man has the expertise or know how to work on computers and I would give him a wide berth.
