What is your all time favourite back exercise? 🤔 Bend-Over Rows for me, I can really feel my back exploding after even the first set regardless of how heavy I do it 🔥👌🏻 - TAG A Friend who needs to build a MASSIVE Back 🐗 -... If you are trying to build a massive thick back here some key components you should follow: - 1️⃣ Focus on Compound Exercises - Deadlifts, Seated Rows, Rack Pulls, Bent-Over Rows. - 2️⃣ Go Heavy - Increase the weight, decrease the repetitions. Stay in the range of 5-8 reps at the most while progressively overloading. Remember going heavy is a 🔑 here. - 3️⃣ Split your back workout - separate the exercises for width and the ones we just mentioned for mass and thickness. If you try to do them all at one day most likely you will get burned out and you won’t perform at your best on each of them. - 4️⃣ Regardless of the heavy weights you need to focus on form when it comes down to building a massive back, Form will always be a priority so be wise and stick to a weight that allows you to do proper form throughout your entire set. The natural potential of the human body has no limits if you are willing to work hard day in day out and most importantly enjoy the process and being patient. ✅
I want to encourage everyone being on their fitness journey no matter if it’s either fat loss or muscle gain or whatever you are chasing right now, be patient guys.
Nothing that’s worth it happens over night, there isn’t a single success story happened overnight. Everything you do in life that is important to you will... take more time than what you actually think at first place and sometimes people get caught up, not seeing the results they wished for right away, getting demotivated and discouraged, start trying things to speed up the process and eventually completely fall apart.
Maybe you won’t see the desired outcome after 3 days of training and eating right, but if you are willing to stay consistent, I can guarantee you will stay seeing results, you will start seeing progress which is the ultimate motivation. Have the final picture in your head and work hard towards it, visualise where do you want to be and enjoy the gradual progress of getting there. Shit changes very quick if you are willing to change your mindset and understand what it takes to get what you want and once you do, start putting in the work. And lastly but most importantly, only compare yourself with yourself. Compare your current state with where you used to be a month ago, as long as you are progressing you are on the right track. Just keep doing what you are doing 🔥

I am so happy today getting some good news from my doctor. I have been very concerned about having sports hernia which made me slow down a lot with my training and generally trying to do whatever I can to keep myself in shape until getting properly checked. Luckily I have only slightly damaged my lower abdominals due to heavy deadlifts ( 240kgs no belt etc). At a point I was having hard time walking, bending over and got me quite depressed as I have been fighting with severa...l injuries last few months and was just finding myself back in the gym when that happened. Anyway I am able to train now but gotta avoid heavy lifts for another month and stick to high volume instead. All really happened due to not having enough time to train, skipping secondary muscle groups, haven’t done almost no mobility & flexibility work and that’s all because of my business being crazy and trying to fit my own training and things don’t always work the way I want it. - I want to encourage you guys to listen to your body a lot more, rest when you need to and pay more attention to your recovery. Training is the fun part guys, keeping on top of it with your mobility & flexibility and recovery is what takes a little more. Anyway, we still strong baby, another few problems before the main injury gets sorted and I am back to 100% which will lead me to competing for my IFBB Pro Card which I am getting no doubt! 👊🏼 - Hope you guys have a good Monday and a successful week ahead. #NothinCanStopMeBaby #Ivolution

❌ READ BELOW ❌ - Throwback to when I was 19 years old, training mostly outside the gym, never knew what "macros" is back then, diet wasnt the best, I was eating what I thought was healthy and still never touched a supplement by that time yet! - I am training for about 11 years now and I have seen everything. When I first started gyms were having a bench, squat rack and a lot of rusty dumbells and barbells. Yet I have never seen people working harder and more focused than the ...ones I remember training then. No body was talking about macros, you could never see a person with a phone then, we were training and god.. we were training hard! Once I am done I will go home and I will eat any kind of meat with whatever my grand has prepared for me and that was it. And that was for years and years every single day, I never knew what a rest day was. Never had all of them weird programs telling you what to do, when to do it, how many times you will do it. Thats all crazy. - What I see now is people having no idea how to train, bragging about different Supplements, different diets, different training methods, all sort of things and.. all of them look exactly the same way. It is so "modern" to be in the gym nowadays and all the gymselfies and stuff, that real training falls behind. I am quite tired of the all the "pro"s in the gym and of all the "knowledge beasts" walking around. You do all look the same and you are all pathetic. - Try to go to the gym once without your phone, without all of your "gym gear", without your poor "knowledge", without your ego. Go there and try to sweat for once, try to actually train.. for once. The gym will never be what it used to be, the way I have seen it. If you spend less time caring so much for all the secondary things and focus more on the one important thing which is your training, it will all suddenly change for you. - Less Bitching more Doing 🤙 - You don't need anything else but yourself and a desire to train and challenge yourself... and then believe me you will be in the best shape in your life. - ➡️ TAG SOMEONE THAT NEEDS TO TRAIN MORE AND SELFIE LESS ⬅️ #whentrainingwasREAL #Ivolution

The Seated Cable Row is Used to Build Thickness in your Back and helps improve your performance at Compounds lifts such as deadlift!
How To Perform:
1⃣ Use a V-Bar on the Seated Cable Row Machine ✅... 2⃣ Create a slight bend in the Knees without allowing them to Lock-Out ✅ 3⃣ Make sure you bring your chest in and out, retract your scapular, and create a slight arch in your lower back. So much love for the Cable Chest Fly ✴️ - What’s your favourite chest exercise? Let me know below ⬇️ - There are many variations when it comes to Cable Chest Fly but performing it right makes all the difference.... - 1️⃣ I see way too many people going super heavy here while you should keep the weight moderate and go high volume to get that pump in. - 2️⃣ Never lock up your elbows. Keep a slight bend in your elbows at all times. Aim to open as much as you can to get that deep stretch in your chest, getting a good stretch is a key here guys. - 3️⃣ Always control the weight, do not let the weight to control your movement. A controlled movement while keeping the tension over your Chest. - 4️⃣ Always, every single repetition, aim to get that squeeze. I've been training with Ivan for a few months now and have definitely noticed an improvement over what I was doing by myself. He's provided me with some needed structure to training and I've learnt a lot of new excercises and techniques. He has an incredible depth of knowledge which really comes out when training with him (some of it goes over my head!!). Not only that but he's been extremely helpful with diet tips and has been happy to go over new techniqunes not in my regular training programme such as mobility work / stretches etc. Biggest plus of all - he's easy to talk to and provides great encouragement!

I’m still training with him eight months later. Ivan is inspirational and a great motivator. He keeps me on track and I can’t rate him highly enough.

I have been training with Ivan for about 8 months now. I have always been a fitness enthusiast but never seeing any real results. After seeking help from Ivan I could see that after few weeks I was training the wrong way. I told him I wanted to be lean and most people would think he would make plans for me to just lose weight but this was not the case. He sat me down and explained that I should first build muscle that i had for a couple of months and then begin 'shredding.' Once I started training with Ivan I saw an instant improvement in my form and strength. He gave me a diet plan that I stuck to an I put on around 5 kgs in mass after around 2 months (71kg-76kg). He then said it was time to cut down so he changed my diet plan entirely and i ended up losing 7kgs then in a month! (76kg-68kg) I was shocked with the results and couldnt believe the transformation. I have a minor wrist injury from boxing and explained this to ivan when we started training together and helped me with this by carryout out workouts that were more comfortable . After all this training with Ivan I feel like I can do anything and I feel I am really excelling in my sports because of this. I think the best thing about Ivan is that he frequently gives you the oppurtunity to train with him and you really get an incite into how hard he works and how this isnt just a job for him but a real passion. He brings a higher intensity to any workout I have ever done myself or with other PT's. I am now sitting at 72kg and he has made plans to now build a little more muscle, providing me with all the diet and nutritional plans I need. The man is the most dead on character i have ever met and I really look forward to training with him and most importantly he definately knows what hes doing and i couldn't recomend him more.

Ivan helped me with this by tailoring my workouts to ones that I felt comfortable and able doing. Now since training with him I can basically do any workout! And my shoulder is a lot more functional. What I liked most about Ivan was he gave me the option to train with him. This brings a higher intensity to the workout and unlike many other PT's he's active and pushes the clients to work as hard as he does. The guy works hard and is a beast and you can see he enjoys what he does. Most of all he's good craic and will have a laugh during workouts. I highly recommend �

Cannot recommend this guy enough. I have been with Ivan for several months now. Prior to this I was just copying what others were doing in the gym with no real structure, plan or goal. Ivan has taught me proper technique in conducting various exercises and isolating muscle groups. He has also helped me to to make changes to my diet in order to gain mass - I only thought I was eating lots until I actually tracked my intake. Thus far I have managed to gain 5kg and although I have a long way to go, he has helped me to make noticeable changes in my appearance. To round it all off he is a genuinely nice guy who takes care of his clients and keeps in touch between sessions to motivate/track progress.
