Picked up my Golf R yesterday. Went for a nosey and ended up agreeing on a car on the day. I then changed my mind on the spec and wanted another model, but this wasn’t a problem. Just picked up my new stunning 3 Series BMW this morning!! I cannot speak highly enough of Collin, a real gentleman who made sure absolutely everything was organised for me. I had to write a wee review because last month someone rode off my car on my way to work and I’ve had a terrible month stressing but buying a car from jack Reid cars was the best decision...Colin was just so patient and helpful..totally honest and not like the usual car sales man no offence at all �� Just a friendly car place with beaut cars. I got a wee leon and I’m honestly so happy and don’t have one complaint and the car is totally perfect. Had to get the upgraded alloys aswell, was given the option no pressure at all but the alloys are so so nice I had to get them couldn’t say no..so happy ��Colin explained everything about the car so well and next time I need a new car this will be where I go��� Thankyou Colin and thank u jack Reid cars xxx

I was by no means an easy customer and was very apprehensive about changing my vehicle due to poor car sales experience in the past. Jack instantly put me at ease, sourced me the perfect vehicle that met all of my very fussy criteria (lol) and helped me every step of the way! I honestly cannot thank Jack enough and will forever be singing his praises! What a credit he is to Jack Reid Cars...you have got yourself a loyal customer for life! Thank you �

Great from the first phone call. Colin was brilliant and the atmosphere was so relaxed with no unwanted hard sell, let me test drive the car on my own so I could actually relax with the car and drive how I normally would, and he talked me through all the finances in a very calm and trustworthy manner. Then serviced and valeted my car before collection the next day. Cant recommend highly enough.

Absolutely delighted driving away with my new car today thanks to Colin! Talked through the finance options to help me make the correct decision and allowed me to test drive the cars i was interested in. Overall a relaxing and friendly experience and the car was ready for me the next day. Would gladly return when ready for my next upgrade (Colin already knows what that upgrade will be!!)

Would recommend 100% me and my partner had a look online at a few different cars with the Golf being our favourite.
