TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All cancellations must be a minimum of 48hrs notice prior to appointment time and any client who cancels 2 consecutive appointments will HAVE to pay a 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT via PayPal due to the lost revenue.

REFUND POLICY
Any client requesting a refund must be justified, if they feel their hair has not turned out as expected the refund policy will only cover a CERTAIN amount (per person) for certain services.
The above is due to travel expenses and product cost & time.

AGREEMENT
On booking your appointment it will be agreed that you have read the above terms and conditions with no exceptions.
