I have ordered a teack suit two weeks now online and when i track my order its still saying payment accepted. What is disappointing is when you email customer care they don't respond with any details about my order. I chose the option of delievry to store which has turned out to be a disaster. Over 10 working days of waiting and no response.

The store in the mall in Lisburn is a joke. Was not busy today at 4.30, in fact only a couple of people in store.

Would they do an exchange?

No , it was not Thursday!!!! Oh dear.... the manager was doing nothing, so we left, I will be getting a refund of £80, we were going to spend more.

But sorry JD sports , the mall lisburn.... you messed up. Taking business elsewhere, and telling everyone to do the same.

Ordered on line for my daughters birthday paid for next day delivery for an item that never arrived! Was told it was left securely in outbuilding!!
