Remembering my Auntie Anne today as I whipped out my sewing machine. She taught me how to sew and knit and she was so so talented. A gem never to be forgotten. And so the rollercoaster continues...... This isn’t a before and after. This is not even two days difference. The difference is I stopped taking MyOva on Tuesday because I felt tired and heavy and weird. It had helped me so much in that first month but then I felt like it compounded my symptoms. I felt like I had pms two days after my period. What. The. Fuck. . Now I’ve stopped it am I gonna have my hormone hell back next month??????? Why is there not someone who can special...ise in this?! . . My doctor just disregards me and sends me on my way because I look”healthy and fit”. They don’t fucking listen to me 😭😭all they do is prescribe me Yasmin which is banned in the mainland because it causes strokes. @wellfitni 👉🏻 Headstand fun! Headstands are an amazing core workout! Everything has to stay tight and engaged to keep you up - you can add in different movements like the one shown to make it more difficult. You can also feel this loads in arms and shoulders! . Nothing like a bit of training to clear the head - I trained twice today for the first in a long time. I did stair master this morning followed by a weighted back/glutes workout ...and finished with this just for fun. . . Depressed about your weight on the scale??? Here is a very real representation of how BULLSHIT scales really are if you’re a woman. Picture left was five days ago - picture right today. I changed NOTHING about my diet and routine, except didn’t train because I was so wiped out. Water retention is something that is not talked about enough when it comes to women in fitness. I know I maybe get it a little worse than most but there is 1st9lbs between these photos and it’s PURELY ...down to hormones. . . Life advice: throw your scale in the bin! If you’re on a journey of getting fitter and bettering yourself those numbers can really fuck with your head. Numbers are one of my biggest foes as a PT. go by how you feel day to day. When you’re around that time - go easy on yourself and try to stick to plan. Started Jenni's FAsT BLAST class last night in Lisburn and I have to say I'm super impressed. The class is quick but assures me it is effective. She emailed me all the tools I will need to do my homework so I shall review my review in 4 weeks to confirm the results but I'm buzzing today! Thank you Jenni, just the shift I needed <3

Never in my life have I exercised at all, finished 4 week class tonite and must say best thing I've ever done!! Enjoyed every min of every class, fun friendly and more important of all brill class!

Love this class! Tried the gym and DVD workouts so many times and the result was always the same, boring and a lot of work with no outcome. So decided to try out this class and I can't believe how much it's really worked, I've felt it for days after each class. I have learnt a lot from Jenni, will definitely be back! ÔøΩÔøΩÔøΩ

Just finished my first 4 weeks at bootycamp and to say I loved it is an understatement! Jenni is a great PT with great knowledge and support! Couldn't recommend it anymore! And I am loving my toned legs and butt!!! As a beginner hoping to loose weight and tone up, this was the perfect starting point as I learnt correct form and it gave a structure to my workout routine! She works you hard, it's great fun, and there's no denying the results. She is a star...and has THE most amazing butt ever. If that isn't inspiration enough I don't know what is. :)

Jenni Kyle will change your life. I came to bootycamp post extreme weight loss with no shape to my bottom or tummy and still feeling incredibly self conscious and worried about being a beginner- but what I found at bootycamp was a down to earth teacher who educated you about how to fuel your body and exercise in a way that was accessible. You do not need to come with any particular skill level for training because it's for all levels of ability. I have not felt self conscious once and we have all laughed along side each other, (in particular when I accidentally grunted during an exercise- I was working very hard lol) it's a wonderful atmosphere. I'm so impressed at how my ability has gradually changed and how I can tell when my form is off thanks to the education I received during this class! I'm excited to see how even better I will feel in another 4 weeks!

I came to bootycamp post extreme weight loss with no shape to my bottom or tummy and still feeling incredibly self conscious and worried about being a beginner- but what I found at bootycamp was a down to earth teacher who educated you about how to fuel your body and exercise in a way that was accessible. You do not need to come with any particular skill level for training because it's for all levels of ability. I have not felt self conscious once and we have all laughed along side each other, (in particular when I accidentally grunted during an exercise- I was working very hard lol) it's a wonderful atmosphere. I'm so impressed at how my ability has gradually changed and how I can tell when my form is off thanks to the education I received during this class! I'm excited to see how even better I will feel in another 4 weeks!

I have just finished 4 weeks with jenni,first of all just looking at her will get anyone motivated 😀jenni’s meal plan and exercises are fantastic a lot of ideas with food and preparing meals you won’t be starving,I can see a change in my body shape just after 4 weeks,I feel a lot healthier and have a lot more energy I will be sticking with it,thank you jenni I learnt a lot especially with exercise techniques xxx

Great class, really teaches you control, diet plan easy to stick to, suitable to fussy eaters and won’t cost you a fortune in ingredients. To make it all easier Jenni’s sense of humour and great personality! Also very supportive and motivating! �

After losing over 7stone myself ,I decided to give bootycamp a go-with zero confidence to ever head to a gym I was a bit nervous and sceptical to be honest. From the minute Jenni opened the door for the first class,she was warm,funny and quite charming!! I have watched my confidence grow and grow and obviously my form become stronger and stronger. There's no people singled out ,no uncomfortableNess and just generally laughing throughout!! Do as she asks and you will see results!! I loved this so much I'm defo going to train with Jenni 1ON1 as now I just want some curve on me!! Check her Butt out-unbelievable!! Started Jenni's FAsT BLAST class last night in Lisburn and I have to say I'm super impressed. The class is quick but assures me it is effective. Love this class! Tried the gym and DVD workouts so many times and the result was always the same, boring and a lot of work with no outcome. Just completed the four week BootyCamp with Jenni and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Jenni really highlighted how exercising can be simple but effective and it really works. As long as you put the effort in, after 4 weeks I'm already starting to see and feel the results and looking forward to signing up for the next session. Jenni is a fab PT. I am so pleased with the results after 6 weeks. Jenni doesn't just focus on the 6 weeks of training, she educates you and gives you the tools to continue working after she has gone. She has taught me so much about nutrition, building muscle, the mechanics of the various exercises. The bonus part - this can all be done from your own home. She works you hard, it's great fun, and there's no denying the results. She is a star...and has THE most amazing butt ever. If that isn't inspiration enough I don't know what is. :)
