My name is Joan Henderson and I am privileged to be working as an educational mentor with schools supporting, encouraging and inspiring staff to reflect, evaluate and improve on their daily practice.
Over the last thirty years I have developed my experience and skills through my work as a teacher, a principal, teacher educator and a school inspector.
The benefit and impact of my service for schools is a sharper focus on learning and teaching within the classroom practice, greater consistency and dissemination of high quality holistic outcomes for the children and greater job satisfaction for the staff.
