I was after a local bike shop to do some repairs on my road bike. When I called in they quickly told me the issues I was having and how soon they could have it back to me.
On going in I noticed they had a big selection of bike and bike products on show.
I will be using their services again and highly recommend them.

I was looking for a bike shop in Lisburn and I came across Hanna cycles. There friendly staff got me sorted with a new Trek bike. Very pleased with the service. They also do a range of Berg go karts which I will looking at for the grand children later this year.

This is a fantastic shop with brilliant, helpful, friendly and above all trustworthy staff. I've now bought three bikes off Hanna Cycles and on each occasion their recommendations have been spot on (I always shopped around and ended up coming back to their initial recommendation!). I think particularly as a woman I can feel a bit patronised in many bike shops but I've never felt like this with the staff in here. If you want a bike with flowers on a basket they'll help you find the best one for your budget, if you want a top-spec racing bike you'll find it, if you want an adapted bike you'll find it. I used to think there was less range in a smaller shop but this is definitely not the case - they're suppliers for so many bicycle brands so you'll always find what you need and order it in for you (the larger bike shops do this too!) but more than that, you'll get personal service and friendly advice that can be trusted. You get the picture - I highly recommend this shop!

Really excellent shop stocking a wide range of bikes. Being a cycling novice I wanted to take the plunge and buy a bike for commuting to work. Gavin was extremely helpful in helping me pick the right option. Informative, professional and friendly service. Already recommend the shop to a number of friends and colleagues.

Very informative and extremely helpful. It's a place that offers the personal touch and the customer service is beyond anything I've ever experienced. Great range to choice from and was able to discuss different options. Seemed like they really care about bikes rather than big corporate companies selling what they have in stock.

My father originally purchased bikes from John more than 35 years ago. This continued throughout my childhood and he continued to purchase bikes for grandchildren.

I purchased my wifes bike from Gavin approximately 10 years ago and since have purchased 3 more bikes including my first “road bike” recently. I will be buying my children their first bikes here shortly.

The service received from Gavin, Mark, Mike and John is exceptional. Their knowledge of the range of products they sell and advise they can give as to which bike best suits your needs is second to none. They do not have pushy sales techniques for unnecessary “add ons.”

I have no hesitation in highly recommending John Hanna Cycles now and in the future!!!!

Bought my first road bike from Gavin here recently and from the first email to actually purchasing and collecting the bike was nothing but pleasure, there customer service is A+ will definitely be doing business with Gavin again and I live over 230km away so must be good......

Been using Hanna Cycles for several years now for my cycling sales and servicing, the friendly no pressure service this family run business provides is second to none. Not only is their product knowledge excellent the advice the staff have passed on about cycling has really benefited me in my enjoyment of cycling in general.

Great People, Fantastic Service

Hanna's is my local bike shop, and I've been in and out at various times with various bikes ever since I was a child. I've always had great service, and any work done on my bikes has been excellent, and good value. A few years ago I bought my first "serious" bike from the shop, a Trek racing bike, and have enjoyed riding it so much, I joined the local club and am now regularly taking part in road races. Last year my Trek was stolen, but fortunately recovered by the police. As it had a John M Hanna sticker on it, the police brought it to the shop and the owner instantly recognised it as mine - one advantage of being familiar with your local bike shop!
