When cutting floor traps be careful!
We cut this floor trap in Portstewart this week imagine the mess if we'd hit a water pipe or wiring or both. It pays to be careful!
We were called out to Church Lane recently to manufacture an 'addressable fire panel cabinet' in order to satisfy a recent fire inspection. We don't think it turned out too bad...
Leaky gutters recently fixed in Isle Road Mascosquin!!!!
We were called out to a faulty ballcock in the water tank which was overflowing and had left this mess in its wake. After we fixed the plumbing fault, we cleaned the wall to make sure everything was back to normal for customer asap.
Its the small things that matter.

INSURANCE JOB:
We were recently called out to a leak underneath a tiled hallway floor in Greenmount. In the end what had happened was the previous owner had nailed down the orginal floor but unfortunately put a few nails through the pipework underneath. When the nails began to rust the pipes began to leak quite badly, soaking the walls and damaging the skirting board in the process. We took up the floor, checked all the pipe work, fixed all the leaks and left it ready for the insurers to inspect.
The flue on this roof in Portrush wasn't sealed right and had been leaking onto the ceiling below for a long time. Unfortunately there wasn't much access without using either a cherry picker or a scaffold. One cherry picker and two cold Joiners later and its all repaired 😁
Heres a few pictures of a job we done not so long ago. We were asked to make 'net inserts' in order to make the nets smaller. Now you can play 5 vs 4 if one player cancels last minute.
Bathroom refurb recently completed in Ballybogey, just in time for Santa!
STORM DAMAGE:
We were called out today to a broken window... didn't expect this. A third story 3.0m x 1.8m curved glass window blew out in the wind. Luckily there wasnt anybody or vehicles damaged.
The rotten wooden fascia board and soffit where hid behind pvc fascia but clearly the customer knew something wasn't quite right. After taking off the plastics we discovered this! All fixed now though.
