Rooms were gorgeous but without any air con they were bit warm even with the fan on all night. Hotel was very central but still quiet

The rooms were really lovely and the staff helpful. My only criticism is that the room was very warm, and there is no individual thermostat to control the air conditioning. They provided a fan but it was of no help.

Lovely rooms. Quite modern and certainly very cosy felt very at home. Great showers. Just a proverbial stones throw from some of the best bars in Belfast

We stayed in the Executive Suite. Great clean, large room with complimentary bevvies, snacks. Great location in walking distance of many tourist places and transit depot. Bar staff were friendly and quick to help/serve. Food was 6/10 nothing fancy or extraordinary

This is a gem. Modern super clean. Personal are friendly courteous and knowledgeable. You really get what you pay for here. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good central location. Room was large clean and tidy. Bathroom would need updated but the hotel is in the middle of renovations so this will be addressed. For once a good hairdryer in a hotel with heat and speed settings and no need to keep holding the power button to keep it working. The reception staff was very friendly and professional as were the bar staff. I would stay again.

Check in was very smooth and i was given a newly refurbished room. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. Also had free wi-fi. A nice hotel in the city centre.

I stayed at the Jurys Inn for one night and it was brilliant. I was in one of the refurbished rooms on floor 3 and it was lovely. There was a huge flat screen tv, kettle, iron, complimentary tea/coffee, humongous beds and a very comfortable bathroom. I have no complaints. Also the staff were extremely friendly

Bad: No A/C so the only was to get ventilation is through the windows. They'd renovations going on which was ok but my floor smelled like fresh paint for the entire 2 days.. could've sprayed air freshener to make it... less terrible?

Good: Everything else: Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice bathrooms, friendly staff and on site facilities. They held by luggage for free after check out and also have free printing for boarding passes and such. Location is also great and super close to the Donegall Square/City Hall
