We really enjoyed our stay in Jurys, we stayed on Sunday night for just one night. The receptionist was great, asking us was it a special occasion, I was just up for an interview on Monday morning. She put us in an executive suite which was great. Large room, I found it very warm, but my missus loved it. We had a pizza in the bar, which was lovely, and breakfast the following morning which was plentiful and warm.

User

The hotel was lovely....really enjoyed our stay...central to city centre and idea for shopping..one down fall was no Air condition.

User

Stayed there Saturday night after a long day traveling, was a very enjoyable experience the receptionist and security were very helpful and friendly, the bar staff were great Craic and had a great sense of humor. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated and lovely little added extras. Will definitely be back.

User

User

User

Just back from a night stay.Check in was very quick.Bedroom was a good size and had a comfortable nights sleep.Spent the night at the bar.Drink and food is pricey but you expect that in belfast.Booked to come back in Feb for 2 nights.

User

Great nite stay staff was lovely and rooms clean and breakfast lovely. The only thing I could say was no music in the bar on weekend nite.

User

Me and my partner we were there from tues we left yesterday. It was a lovely treat which I appreciated a lot.The room was good, comfortable bed, spacious. On our 1st nght we had our dinner in the hotel. The food was great. However the customer service from that young man was not good, not that he was rude or what.Nothing like that st all. It's the service was poor, they never come to our table to check if we were alright with food,or if there was anything we needed,on top of that we were not provided with enough sauce,e.g.salt.We had to leave our food on the table to go on the counter to ask for salt, same thing when we needed to g top up our drinks.I remember trying to wave my hands for attention but all was in vain.Instead the young lad was busy chatting with his mates.Awful.Please next time try to pay more attention to your customers especially when they decided to dine in.I should think we were classy enough to be noticed & be valued. Also for breakfast pls remember to fill up the empty container for yoghurts, juice.Breakfast was not great.Sorry.I know for now the hotel it been refurbished but still, pls remember to deliver a good service. The lady wearing glasses at the reception was great, good customer service right there.

User

Comfy rooms BUT no drawers for undies or T shirts etc. No Safe ir mini bar fridge. Food OK bar menu & good Whiskey selection. VERY central to all you need to see & v v good breakfast.

User

Arrived for 2 night stay. Found reception friendly and helpful. Room could be warmer but was very clean. Restaurant closed for dinner so had to eat in the bar which was also not very warm. Food excellent tho but tad expensive. Great location especially as open top bus tour stops outside hotel. ( recommended) . Came for the hockey that was a 20 minute walk away. Great shopping area. 8/10

User

We stayed one night and would recommend it the staff are very friendly and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was lovely 😊 and we had a late checkout with no extra cost . Very central to shops and restaurants. The only thing is parking none at hotel and quiet exspensive at rear car park ....

User

The hotel is very nice staff are nice food is good but there's no parking for BUSES and they don't give a FUCK if you have to walk 2 miles to park your BUS as long as they are getting your money BELFAST wants the TOURISTS but don't care about the BUS driver where he has to PARK and them TRAFFIC WARDENS ARE LIKE VULCHERS waiting to stick a ticket on your windscreen GOB SHITES

Spent two nights here. The room was clean and the ambience of the hotel was good. The first night however wasn’t a great experience as the room was very hot, due to the large pipe that ran round the room. We left the window open but we’re unfortunately woken at 6.30 by numerous lorries delivering supplies, taking away rubbish etc. The bed was very firm and the duvet very thick so not great for me. When we spoke to reception the guy couldn’t have been more helpful and arranged for a fan in the room and lighter bedding. He also reduced our room rate for the night. The second night was much better from the heat point of view but we still found the bed too hard. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat in the hotel at all. All in all our stay was ok but next time I will book a hotel with air conditioning.

User

Stayed for three night for work purposes due to its great location being central to shops and bars / restaurants. City tour bus stops outside the hotel Some building work goung goingon but not noisy Only real problem there is the restaurant is closed at night meaning you have to eat in the bar which is cold and has Sky news on TV constantly No Sky Sports for football which is a let down being a big chain. The reception area was freezing and guests were all wearing coats and scarves sat around chatting . My room was very cold Radiators only come on for short periods yet some guests on 4th floor complained they were too hot so central heating needs sorting out I was offered a fan heater which made so much noise I couldn't hear the TV and being polite not wanting to disturb other guests watched programmes on my tablet instead ! Probably wouldnt stay again because my meal allowance prices dont get me much here and meals not that good , definitely not value for money and at £6 for a g and t didnt drink much either !!!

User

Room was nice , staff at check in was nice . Very disappointed to be denied food 20 minutes before posted closing time . It was a rainy night and no restaurants were open . Poor customer service in my opinion . You are in the service industry , don’t tell me you are open and serving until 10pm Then refuse to serve us at 940pm...

User

My colleagues and I stayed in the Jury's Inn Belfast for 5 weeks when we were training in Belfast for work. I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for this hotel as I stayed in it for so long. The room, reception staff and breakfast was all first class and lovely. I couldn't have faulted them or it! But the evening food, bar & waiting staff was horrendous. We got food allowance from our company to eat in the hotel and it was that bad we ate out most nights. We tried various things off the menu but every meal was well below standard. The waiters were so inattentive and were quite rude to our custom. No table manners or even a friendly gesture or smile on arrival to the restaurant when seated for our meal. I was so surprised as I had stayed in Jury's Inn before and it was a great hotel. I definitely won't be staying in this one again as I had a terrible experience in it. It's such a shame cause it's so central to everything in Belfast but that's how bad the evening service was.

User

Booked specifically because it had secure parking for our motorcycles. Got there to be told the car park was shut for building work and we'd have to use the public, insecure car park around the corner for £14 each. No offer of a discount or even an apology.

User

We arrived at checked in at 1:20 and we wer told that our room wernt ready and that she couldnt take payment on a visa debit card,Payment could only be taken from a credit card which we didnt have,so we had to go to the exchange in M and S and get cash.so we went for something to eat,and we came back at 4:00,and the rooms still wernt ready ,at 4:45 we wer given our room cards, next morning we arrived down for breakfast and the woman asked what room we wer in , and she said we couldnt get breakfast Unless we paided extra for it ,it cost £288 with no breakfast , and £14 per day to park our car , what a joke .We went home after the First night , If you want to see how a hotel is run , come visit the south of ireland,Whites of wexford ,or the Riverside park hotel enniscorthy, will show you how its done ,....

User

Don’t get me wrong, the room is clean and nice but organisation is seriously lacking. I was told check in was from 12.... we finally got in out room at 3:20, not an apology in sight nor did anyone keep us updated on the hold up. I was also told we had a king size bed.... this turned out to be a questionable double. To top it all off we attempted to order room service.... you can’t actually order this from your room.... my choices was to order at the bar butt naked (this being a belated honeymoon and children free for the weekend) or order a Domino’s.... I must say, the garlic bread was exceptional, hats off Dominos! Excellent staff, the driver that delivered our food was lovely. So to sum up, not so impressed with Jurys Inn Belfast, highly recommend checking out the local Dominos whilst in town.
