Indian head massage - This is a specialised ancient Indian technique concentrating on the upper back, shoulder, arms, neck, scalp, ears and face, relaxing your mind, body and soul. This treatment can reduce stress, increase energy levels and improve hair and scalp conditions.

Swedish massage - A full body massage using essentials oils, this stimulating massage using various specialised massage techniques and a pressure to suit each client.

Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi ear candling) - A wonderfully relaxing treatment for the head and ears. Can help relieve symptoms of sinus problems, ear problems, migraines & headaches. Includes a facial massage.

Reiki - Experience the natural & powerful energy of Reiki. Reiki is a non-intrusive treatment where the client remains fully clothed and the practitioner places their hands on or slightly above the body and the Reiki energy is channelled through the practitioner. This treatment has many benefits including lowering blood pressure, pain relief, joint problems and more much.

Crystal Therapy - This is a therapy where crystals and minerals are placed on or
around the body. They will induce deep relaxation, release stress & pain and
promote balance within the body.


Bach flower remedies - The Bach flower system of healing was developed in the 1930's by Dr Edward Bach, he believed that a healthy mind was the key to good health. He developed 38 remedies which can be used individually or more if required. They work by stimulating the body to heal itself naturally. A consultation is required.

Reflexology- A stress reducing treatment on the feet. Based on the principle that the feet are a map of the body. Reflex points on the soles & tops of feet are connected to the corresponding areas. These are worked using specialised massage techniques and oil to correct imbalances throughout the body and releasing energy blocks.
