Hello Everyone!

I'm Kate Umphray and I have been a violinist since I was 8 years old - and have loved every second of it. To date I have played in 3 orchestras including the SE Youth Orchestra and am moving to the Studio Symphony Orchestra. I have experience working with ensembles, duets and solo performances for concerts and for examinations.
So now, I would love to share this amazing instrument with you.

I am offering tutoring lessons to all people from beginners to intermediate standards. I can help you with grades or if you would just like to play for a bit of fun! I am also open to anyone who wants a casual "consultation" around pieces they are performing for grading or for a concert.
