My sporting background and passion for sport has developed a deep interest in human physiology and in particular in the study of the human muscle and its performance. I have a Level 3 Certificate Soft Tissue Therapy QCF qualification from Premier Training International followed by another additional certificates. My devotion to sports and triathlon was rewarded by the award ‘Evolution triathlon club Best Newcomer 2011’. A two years later, I won 3rd female at Lexus Reading Dinton Duathlon.
