Well Done to KDM service engineers Matty McAdoo and Kyle Lennox who have recently completed their apprenticeships and graduated with Level 4 Certificates in Advanced Automotive Diagnostic Techniques.
This high-level qualification advances the practical skills and knowledge required to identify, diagnose and rectify machine system faults. Advanced diagnostic skills require not only technical skills but the ability to carry out logical, structured thinking, investigation proces...ses and resolution techniques. This course has provided Matthew (specialising in plant & machinery) and Kyle (Specialising in powered access equipment) with the technical skills to understand, maintain and resolve issues within KDM’s diverse fleet of equipment.
Matthew and Kyle are a great asset to the KDM service team, they have worked hard to attain these skills and should be justly proud of their achievements within the company.
KDM Hire are keen to encourage ambitious young people through apprenticeship schemes in all aspects of the business and believe that these types of vocational roles offer great opportunity for career advancement. Matty and Kyle are evidence of that!
