Was a pleasure to play in ‘the pit’ for Omagh Academy Music Department’s production of ‘My Fair Lady’ last week. Brilliant show, fantastic cast & production team and a cracking band to play with! Would nearly even go as far to say I miss treading the boards myself!! 😂 🎹🎼

The circumstances are so devastating, but this brings great comfort to all the family and friends who knew Kyra, a great girl who would’ve done the same for anyone else. What a privilege to be involved! 🙏

People ask me a lot what advice I would give a pianist who is starting off / struggling to develop. Quite simply, learn your chords! This article has everything you need from top to toe! - Keane
Couldn’t disagree more! Curved fingers is the correct technique no matter what style we play - without this technique early on in our piano playing development, it’s impossible to get the correct articulation, scales become painful and most importantly we cannot use our thumbs!!! Long story short I think myself and this article will agree to disagree!
