Paid 14.99 for a 8 piece boneless banquet. Asked for beans and gravy as sides. Got home and opened the bag to find NO sides and NO dips as advertised on the board. Extremely disappointed!! Will be complaining directly to KFC H.O. £15 for 8 bits of chicken and 4 fries! Disgusted!

Smick infested hole, too few staff, the few they have do not have a clue, order wrong, stone cold and they ran out of chicken. Dining area was like a rubbish tip, flies crawling over uneaten food. Absolute dump that should be closed down before they kill someone.

MATHEW need to learn how to do his job handed me over £3 change in 10p saying sorry that all the change I have. I asked him to change my order and pay with card he refused.

KFC TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

Toilets filthy. Food and rubbish on tables and bins overflowing, poor. What saves it is the food, at least it was warm.

Disgraceful level of staffing.

Service literally couldn't be any slower! The people who work here need to be trained or retrained because the customer service just isn't acceptable and neither or the waiting times. 15minute wait in a drive through, not to get to the window but to get a response from the order point speaker. Food was acceptable - just. Burger King next time I decide I need fast food.

They got the order wrong. No apologie, no offer to put it right.....hopeless.

Good customer service but food was soaked in grease, Gordon Ramsay would not be impressed

Good quality food and very fast at servicing it the place is never too crowded

Love KFC. Ards needs to put more staff on. Too slow at busy times. Staff are great though.
