Dropped in today as McDonald's was packed. Only 2 tables on use, so not busy. Service was slow and not friendly. Staff dont know how to sell its like customers are aliens. I have a loyalty card but was never asked for it. Basic training needed here I'd say. A member of staff wiped a table with a dirty cloth no spray onto the floor. Wouldn't like to see this place busy.

Food was warm, and bland, and it took ages for the drive through service.. my advice.. go to McDonald's.. lightning quick service and piping hot food..

When using drive through can be hard to communicate and when order us right on receipt often it's not in bag. Ppl need talk more louder and clearer on Mic. Nice food.

Amazing service. So friendly and helpful. The staff are doing their best and sometimes even exceeding the expectations. The food was perfectly cooked, very tasty, fresh and why not saying cheap. Best KFC in the area. Well done, Omagh!

Food OK, place very busy been Sunday. 4 maybe 5 staff. Bit shy for this time of day. Had to clean our own table. Not the staffs fault, management saving pennies.

Tasty food. Krushems machine out of order for God knows how long now.
Oh the rat burrows along the drive through don't give a great impression.

Omg was in KFC last day of Christmas holidays and a hairball in my chips couldn't eat the food watching the kids eat there food make sure there was no more hairballs

Good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff but service can be slow.

Disgusting! KFC managers should go arround and get these places in order or shut them down! Slow filthy and rubish! Put me off KFC for a while

If you were to put an infant at the end of the line in this kfc. It would have lived a full life before reaching the till.
