Shocking burger swimming in mayonnaise and drink 1/2 filled hot wings missing from my order too after being asked 3 times what my order was with a 15 minute wait!!!

Fried chicken in a paper bucket. Need I say more.

Discusting food chicken like a block of rubber cold fries watery gravy and very ignorent staff even after i had to return the first burger as it was compleatly wrong thw second one was cold and wrong again definelty wont be back

Cold and disgusting! They got the order wrong as usual, im not surprised as they were playing the music so loud they couldnt hear a thing. Told them 3 times no lettuce... i got lettuce. The food was cold and very little mayo on the burger so was very dry... that got binned. The cheese bbq wrap had the chicken missing from it apart from a tiny bit at the bottom of the wrap. Chips cold, all 10 of them despite asking for a large. Oh and apparantly killing a spider beside the drinks machine was more of a priority than gettin the order right. Im done with KFC, i think 1 star is too generous but i dont have the option to leave zero stars.

I have got to say this kfc has really improved since a new manager has took over very clean and reasonably good service.

Found on calling to this store staff unhelpful and on three of my last trips got the meal wrong. All due to not being attentive to the customer.
Also found the chicken over cooked and dry would appear to have been over cooked and sitting to long under the heat lights.
Last stop shop take extra few minutes and go to Yorkgate or Botanic stores.

Great quick food for a tasty wee lunch with friends.

I have been here 4 times to much. No matter how many people they are serving you can be sure to have a 20-30 min wait. They never seem to get the order right either..

Sometimes excellent food other times it's not so good but overall I would recommend it
