Kfc

Called in for a quick snack on the way past as we didn't have much time......after ordering and waiting and watching other people becoming irate around us, we were called up and asked if we had been told they had no chicken and it would be 20 minutes until they would have any! I asked for a refund and left. It will be very long time until I return to this KFC as this is not the first time it has happened to me personally there and I hear it happens often!

Got food poisoning from the Portadown Store, myself and my partner were out of work for a few days with vomiting and diarrhoea, our dog also suffered the same afflictions after we gave her some left over scraps, rang to complain and was told I'd get a complaint request form sent out within 14 days, this was 14 days ago, still nothing in the post, I'm not going to drop the complaint and it's not gonna be forgotten about, failure to comply with the correct complaints process only makes it worse....... Dirty dirty people in your store

Spacious clean restaurant. Food always comes fast, staff seem friendly enough.

The worse kfc in Britain..such a shame because portadown is a wonderful town .

Ordinary KFC restaurant. Fast easy and tasty food . Recommended.

Great refitting of interior space. Sufficent parking. Drive thru service available too. An a total overhaul on cleaning, customer relations, and standard of products sold to the public.

Staff are good cook's. Very polite and respectful. Very professional. Enjoy regularly visiting for a meal. Good service all round and would recommend. Reasonable prices.
