Kids At Heart is a Young Enterprise Company within Banbridge Academy.
Our current product idea is a French Language work book designed by pupils, for pupils. It will be aimed towards Primary Seven pupils who are in the stage between the end of Transfer examinations and the beginning of Secondary school. As all of our company have been through the Secondary school process, we all agreed that when we became a certain age we found it hard to take in a new language. From this acknowledgement, we decided that by teaching basic French in primary school, children would be given a head start before being bombarded with the new environment of a Secondary school. Giving them a building block and we are hoping that this in return will help them when it comes to a GCSE or A Level in a language subject.

We believe that in the current economic climate and ever expanding international business ventures that there is a demand for multilingual staff within companies. We see this as a great opportunity for the young people of today and are inspired that we may be able to aid this new generation.
