I played in a invitational game last year and we were given our playing kit which was made by Kit Sports wear,

I liked the quality so much I ordered a mix of 30 T-Shirts and Vests for our tour to Spain. They arrived today, in time and they look awesome and again the quality is great.

2nd year of having our tour vests, great designs, value for money and quick turnaround

We have emailed many times, phoned many times and still nothing back. We ordered over 5 months ago and still no kit � Rep contacted our club to make a bigger order which it did but still no kit. We want to to know where we stand... is kit on its way or are we getting full refund ?

Waited over a year in total for delivery, very little correspondence or explanation as to the progress of my order

Started so well but unfortunately like a lot of suppliers failed to live up to expectations! Lots of people including kids not getting presents � from Santa � this year due to missed delivery deadlines at Millbrook RFC.



Bah humbug......

Ordered in January. It’s almost August and still missing part of my simple order. Multiple messages, emails and even called from Canada to inquire. Still no response or solution. I’m sure the company is busy, but this is way too long. Site also lets me place my order, charges my card, then get an email that says “Don’t expect your order straightaway....up to 100 days.” Would have been nice to know before ordering. Visa is now working to get a refund on the undelivered product.

Emailed the Rep, email KIT 2 weeks asking for our garments to be removed off the KIT online shop and they're still on there. Seeing as we won't be using KIT I don't want any supporters purchasing from here, thinking that's it what's we will be using this season.

Been waiting well over a year now been in touch quite a few times but to no avail �
