Postage and Delivery


All items have stated on description of estimated dispatch time. Available items are sent same working day if ordered and paid for by 1pm

I post Monday to Friday if order is placed and paid for by 2pm (11am on Wednesday due to post office hours) orders placed after this time will be posted the following working day. Order placed after 2pm on a Friday will be posted on following Monday.


£1. 50 second class

£1. 90 first class

Wool postage is;

£2. 80 second class for up to 2kg weight

£3. 30 first class for up to 2kg weight

for orders that total up to more than this value in weight please email me first on knittnstitch1@gmail.com

All parcels are posted via royal mail and proof of postage will be obtained - and available to see on request, this will be send via email with a scanned attachment.

Payments and Refunds


The main method of payment i offer is via paypal. This is not only secure for you but also protects you as well so I would recommend this payment method to anyone, However, card payments are also accepted (website only)

If these methods are not an option for you please email me as I can also accept bacs /postal order but please note. . items will not be sent until payment is received and cleared.


I will offer payment plans for a larger order for people who don't have a higher income over a few weeks, whatever suits for a 10% deposit of what the total of order is. If you change your mind all will be refunded minus the deposit- the deposit is non refundable. Again items will not be sent until final payment is recieved and cleared.


I offer refunds of up to 14 days after purchase. buyer is liable for return postage. items must be returned in same condition as sent or there will be a 20% charge incurred on the final refund for incurred loss on my self. Refund will be given once item is recieved back by my self and inspected.

Privacy
Your details will never be passed to a third party company. Your details (such as address and email) will only remain in my possession until your item is dispatched and recieved, then details such as email and address may kept on website in my contacts section for the future orders you may place and for the keeping track on the loyalty card bonus'

Loyalty Card

one card will be sent out to each person placing an order in the packaging with your order. on your first order the card will be received with 1 sticker on it on future orders you will receive one sticker within the packaging that must be stuck to one of the circles on the loyalty card.

on your 5th order you are entitled to receive a free pattern , you can either chose from one of my selection online or if there is one you like I do not have in stock I can order with my next stock order and will be sent out first class free of charge on receipt- please note there may be a delay due to me having to order in but the estimated time will be given on order.

To qualify for the free pattern you need to email me at knittnstitch1@gmail.com with a photo of the loyalty card sticker side up.
