Ladyhill Sales is an independent service to assist you with the purchase of your next vehicle whether large or small. David, our consultant has worked locally within the new and used car sales industry for a number of years. In the process he has accumulated a huge amount of experience selling a wide range of cars. Along with this he has developed real expertise in advising on and arranging all types of finance proposals. Ladyhill Sales exists so that this expertise can be utillised by you and for your benefit.

Some car customers know exactly what they want. They carry out detailed research on the car they want and investigate all the deals on offer. These customers are hard work for most cars sales representatives! Their detailed research often gives them the confidence to bargain and haggle with the sales representative to get a deal that suits them.

The vast majority of car customers are not like this. Most customers feel intimidated by coming into a new or used car showroom and don’t know what to expect. They are not totally sure of the various deals on offer. Even those who have an idea of what to expect when buying a car can get confused. Often customers are nervous about confrontation and consequently are half hearted when it comes to negotiating a deal. Some customers even accept add-ons they don’t really understand or want. Do you really need that service plan, gap insurance, supagaurd /gardx and all the other things that a sales representative might throw at you? Often customers leave the showroom having spent an hour or more with a sales representative and don’t know if they have been given a good deal or not. Add into the mix that most car sales representatives’ sole purpose is to maximize profits for their employer and to earn as much commission for themselves as they can on every sale. • Research and advice on the best sales outlet to visit and research into any promotions on offer.
• Independent valuation of any “trade in” vehicle rather than relying on a sales representative with vested interests.
• “Hand holding” service where our consultant David accompanies you to the sales outlet to assist you with the purchase of your car. Our consultant can either conduct all negotiations on your behalf within set parameters or alternatively just provide “plain English” advice throughout the course of the negotiations.
