Folks donвҖҷt forget we have a nifty over 50 circuit class that runs every Tuesday from 2.30-3.15.

Folks due to Laganview main hall being used for polling station this Thursday, circuit class will have to be cancelled, all is not lost tho please come to the gym and use our equipment as an alternative, I will be there also with any help you need to get you motivated рҹҳҺрҹ’ӘрҹҸј
