Leaps and Rebounds Gymnastics Club endeavours to be a fun and exciting introduction to the sport of gymnastics. Based in Ards Leisure Centre, the club has been established by former Great Britain National Team member Holly Murdock-one of Northern Ireland's most successful international gymnasts.

The sport of gymnastics is well known to provide a solid foundation for any and all sports; improving flexibility, co-ordination, and strength. Leaps and Rebounds aspires for to develop this, no matter what level your little gymnast reaches! !
