I help people feel less stressed by having more fun! I've spent the last 15 years researching and developing play-based learning strategies for children and young people. This experience, coupled with my passion for positive psychology, lead to me establishing Learn2Smile and developing it into something that excites me and helps others. Using science-backed approaches, I talk clients through my four core elements: - Eustress Engagement- Gratitude- Fun- Celebrating SuccessServices include workshop delivery, 'Fun Coaching' and curriculum development.
