thank you for my prize of cream egg it was delicious amd I shared it between my family and it was unreal.

We visited on Saturday...mainly to get out of the rain...but glad we did. Very welcoming and a huge hit with the kids who chose the jammy dodger ice cream. Will be trying the frozen yoghurt next time. Well done!

Lick supplied the ice cream for my wedding- amazing service, amazing gelato, very happy guests. They even gave us a mini video of the day which was a nice surprise!

Lick Gelato provided me with Gelato for my 18th Birthday Party!! It was DELICIOUS!!! And everyone loved it!! It was the highlight of the party!! Customer service was amazing. They couldnŌĆÖt have been more helpful!!! Would 100% recommend!!

I love going into The Lick, the staff are always friendly and smiling, great place to just chill and their ice-cream is FAB-U-LOUS, you know sometimes you get flavoured ice-cream & there is only a hint of the particular flavour, well this ice-cream is theeee best, to die for and a real treat, the best in Newcastle

Honestly, the best gelato I've had in such a long time, that Cremino!!! Great flavours, really great, great staff and not too hard on the pocket, couldn't recommend more

Beautiful icecream so creamy.. and the giant profiteroles are to die for... as well as sticky licky pots.. it's so hard to choose on favourite.. but i near fell and went to heaven when I noticed they did biscotti coffee biscuits icecream.. no matter what I have to make sure there is at least one scoop of it ’┐Į’┐Į

Amazing ice-cream with lots of choice. Staff are all very friendly. Seating area inside. Also have frozen yoghurt option, thatŌĆÖs my choice next time! Highly recommend

Ahh the raspberry pavlova flavour ice cream is delicious ’┐Į. And the portion sizes are fantastic . A small cone is nearly double the size of some other ice cream places in town. Well done lick .... delicious homemade ice cream ’┐Į

Absolutely brilliant! Headed to Newcastle to have a wee date and treat ourselves! The waffle and 2 scoops was amazing!!! Would highly recommend the bounty one! Lovely staff, really helpful and patient! Also huge thanks as I forgot my hat and they kept it for me. Will definitely be back!! ’┐Į

Very tasty ice cream and very clean, tidy shop. Staff letting it down at the minute. We went in as a family of 5 and one person served us (very very slowly) while the other 2 staff members stood and watched. The other 2 staff then proceeded to serve a family that came in after us and then left before us. Also, why is there a frozen yogurt sign if you can't ever get it? Have been in several times looking for it and can't get it. Will have to start making my own.

Poor customer service, my 2 year old needed to go to toilet, people with children will know they can't hold it..I asked could I use toilet for child was told NO! Go to public toilets..i know u aren't obliged to have a customer toilet but exceptions should be made..we never made it to public toilets!staff too young and untrained in basic politeness
