I've been a member on and off for years when it first started as Fitness First. If you are looking for customer service you can walk the gym at times and find no one. The new equipment is great, classes vary and sometimes they cancel a good one which can be annoying. Showers really need updating, was meant to be done when lifestyle took over, still waiting. Some of their freelance PT's are amazing so that's a plus.
