... Next up is this vintage Art Deco era China cabinet which has been handpainted in Vintro Chalkpaint in Nymph, with distressing to show a base of Stonebreaker. Complete new hardboard back panel has been added, with some gorgeous wallpaper, along with new glass shelves.
Only used in the shop since July to display China so in excellent condition.
Ideal for a shop or salon to display handbags, jewellery, products etc.

... Details below: рҹҢәрҹҢјрҹ’®рҹ’– Handpainted in Vintro Midnight ( Dark charcoal) with metallic silver accents and stencilling, this is a sturdy mahogany piece which was already in mint condition, with a glass top which protects the paint work.

Look what just arrived to add to my Halloween doorstep display рҹҺғрҹҺғрҹҺғ рҹҢј Two gorgeous decoupaged rocks from the talented Anita at Rath Rocks рҹ’–рҹ’–рҹ’– рҹҢә I've not quite got the display just right....but it's a bit chilly out there this evening - time to get indoors and sort the dinner рҹҚІрҹҚІ instead of flaffing around рҹҳҖрҹҳҖрҹҳҖ ... рҹ’® You can get in touch with Rath Rocks on Facebook - they're already doing Christmas themed orders so now's the time to order. These were so popular in the shop, both for gardens and graves, as they're all sealed for outdoor use.

Hello Thursday , here's a wee project I had a go at over the weekend. Decoupage using napkins on an Ikea create, painted with Vintro Chalkpaint in Nymph, with a bit of wet distressing. - As I've sealed it with Extreme Lacquer it's fine to leave outside for a wee Halloween display рҹҺғрҹҺғрҹҺғ which I'm still working on. I've popped the original knobs back on as customer is replacing later - but I quite like the contrast between paint & wood. Lovely start to our weekend with a visit to the Cinema to see A Star is Born - don't want to say too much if you're intending to go - just it's well worth a wee trip.
I've still loads of stuff to sort out after moving everything back home рҹҷҲрҹҷҲрҹҷҲ, getting there! , but these gorgeous autumnal рҹҚҒрҹҺғрҹҚӮ napkins are crying out for a project before it gets too late! Sometimes it's good for the soul just to take a bit of time out and be creative рҹҷӮ

вҸІпёҸрҹ•°пёҸ Throwback Thursday рҹ•°пёҸвҸІпёҸ Some Duck Egg Blue projects I've completed previously. The large dresser and small wall cabinet were matched with Old Lace, which works so well together. But it also works great with Stone breaker, as on the stencilled vintage table, and Yorkshire Stone, on the TV table. Lots of other options too рҹҷӮ Marian рҹҺЁ
Well yesterday was a wee bit emotional locking up the door on Bridge Street for the last time. But sometimes we have to make changes and today is the start of a new phase for Lift the Latch. I'll be working on a number of projects over the next few months, including getting my new workspace set up and a few on site jobs so please get in touch before calling as hours will vary.
