Linda'S Bakery Description
Linda's bakery makes quality, traditional home baked cakes using only free range eggs including boiled, apple fruit, madeira, ginger, rhubarb chocolate, coffee, Victoria and delicious chocolate fudge cakes.
I make a wide selection of traybakes including caramel squares, clementines, Diana delights, raspberry ruffles, lemon or orange delights and peppermint or orange crunchies, rocky road squares, teaser crunch and toffee crispier.
One of my latest products is the very popular cupcakes; flavours so far are chocolate , coffee, chocolate fudge and vanilla. The other new product is American style soft chewy cookies in white chocolate, chocolate chip and double chocolate.
I also bake wheaten bread, fruit sodas and apple and walnut loaves.
I can supply Birthday, Wedding and Anniversary Cakes to order.
Our shortbread is very popular for wedding parties and events.
Our full range of products are on sale at Tyrone Farmers' Market, at Tesco Dungannon on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month from 8. 30am - 12. 30pm
and at various craft and food fairs throughout the year.

All set up at Richhill Apple Harvest Fayre. As you can see from the pics it's an absolutely glorious morning here. The crowds are gathering and it's buzzing already. There's a great variety of stalls and entertainment for everyone. Come along if you're looking some where nice to go!

I have tried so many of Linda's wonderful baked goods and every one is delicious. Light pastry, soft cakes, wonderful and not over-sweetened pie fillings. They all taste homemade which is what they are and is often sadly lacking in many shop-bought baked goods. These taste like they were made by my granny in her Aga and my granny was one amazing baker!
