Lindsay Mazda (Lisburn)

Excellent professional service from start to finish. I have previously owned Madza cars but the first time buying from Lindsay Madza (Lisburn)- and I will most certainly be back. Cannot recommend highly enough, great service, friendly environment and never pushy. I had been dealing with John Carson and found him extremely professional, very knowledgeable and catered for all my car needs and requirements. I would urge anybody wanting to purchase a Madza (which in my view is the best most reliable car out there) to give these guys a shout. You will not be disappointed, and you will never feel pushed into agreeing anything you do not want. 5-star service all round.

Easily my best experience when buying a car. Never dealt with Lindsay Mazda Lisburn before and I only went there because they had the spec of car I wanted. It was quite a distance from where I live but I am glad I went because it was by far the most seamless purchase I have ever made. Everything was explained in great detail, I got a great finance deal and they couldn't have been more helpful, the car was gleaming when I picked it up. Excellent.

Excellent service from lindsay mazda. Traded in my car, took a test drive with Kathrin who was very informative about the car I was interested in. She made the whole experience of changing cars so easy and stress free from beginning to end. She is a lovely person and was a pleasure to deal with. I left a happy customer with a lovely new car.

Recently bought a 2013 CX-5 from Lindsay Mazda and can whole heartedly say I will never give them my business again.

The car I received had been given a two minute wash and left for me to collect. It was dirty inside, covered in deep scratches and had damage to the paint in two places. I complained and after refusing their offer of valeting the car, as simply as I didn't trust them to do a good job, I was offered the next service for free. This is the reason I'm awarding them 2 stars as they did do that much for me.

However when I discovered damage to the roof that had been there so long it had started to rust Lindsays point blank refused to except that this had been missed when the car was being put up for resale despite the numerous pictures of damage that had been present when I received the car.

In the end I was told despite paying 15000 for a car 4 weeks ago I would have to pay several hundred pounds to repair the damage that had clearly been there for a very long time to actual rust.

I also found the sales manager Jonathon Davis to be extremely rude, arrogant and dismiss of my issues.

I actually really like the car, though I'll be sure to go elsewhere with my business next time.
