Cinema with assigned seating, never have a problem with projection of the film. Concession prices are steep and popcorn not great. Free parking a bonus.

Always clean, really comfortable seating and a massive choice of films on offer at all times of the day. Tickets are competitively priced, as well as some special offers running at times. Parking onsite is free, which is a real bonus as well. The only thing that might put some people off is the fact that they don't offer a free ticket for carers accompanying disabled people, which is unusual compared to most of the other big chain cinemas.

An excellent cinema. Great facilities. Really comfortable chairs. Paid less than £4 per person as discounts on certain days (we went Tuesday). As a person who loves the cinema experience, but is quite demanding in what I expect from it, this cinema ticked almost every box.

A great cinema with plenty of screens, all fitted with leather chairs that rock. A huge pick 'n mix wall is available, along with a great selection of regular cinema goodies at the counter. Outside is an LED screen that also shows a lot of screenings on within the next few hours and at what time. Prices are fair for what cinema's usually charge, but I'll be back. The surrounding area in the same street also has an amazing selection of eateries for before or afterwards

Was dead quiet when I went. Good seats

UPDATE 5/4/17

The toilets are awful here. The seat wasn't secured to the toilet so it slid around with you on it which is not a nice experience. And the toilet roll dispenser was broken so was hanging to one side. The toilet roll holder inside it was also broken so it was hard to get any out. It was one sheet at a time.

This place needs a massive overhaul. It is disgusting and has awful customer service. It's success is only because of where it is and the good businesses around it, KFC not included in that.

**Aplogies if you thought I was ignoring you.
I did get your email but I didn't reply as you had made your point, and I felt no matter what I would say would have only made you more annoyed and I didn't want to have a series of emails going back and forth as our stance remains the same with regards to no refunds.**

He stopped replying after 1 email. When I asked why, this was his response. I feel this speaks volumes about this places attitude to customer service.

It's really rubbish, screen 10 has a loud air conditioning unit that ruins movies and gives you a headache. Also can be very cold.

Also the sound in screen 13 was very low when I last went and I had to ask for it to be turned up. Unacceptable from a cinema that this needs done.

When I complained about it I was told, "Some people find sound to loud, others too quiet, much the same with temperatures within the screens and we try our very best to cater for all senses."

I find this very patronising. I know when the volume is too low. I have been going to the cinema since it opened and have never had this problem. The sound was turned up for me when I had to go tell someone. So either they agreed with me that it was too low or they pander to the person complaining and potentially upset the others in the screen.

Avoid.

Nice friendly staff, good choice of food and popcorn and excellent seats and viewing experience

As far as multi screen cinemas go, this is one of the better facilities. The staff are, for the most part, polite and friendly. My main small gripe is the keeping on of the lights during trailers. To me it's part of the enjoyment of the movie so for me the lights should be down at this stage.
I would also recommend getting some popcorn. A cinema staple, the concession stand at this one consistently has the best popcorn around!
