Went for a clean but required to have a check up as a new patient. Paid £70 for 30 minutes of unwanted 'advice' that involved the dentist trying to sell me stuff. Never got the clean. Didn't particularly want one in the end as the dentist kept on touching his face and hair with his gloved hands and then trying to stick the same gloved hands in my mouth. Only time I've had to ask a dentist to change gloves...
