Friendly staff comfortable clean breakfast was great plenty to eat. Staff even made reservations at a great local resteraunt and arranged transportatio as well.

10/10 would stay again. Super comfortable and breakfast to die for.

The house was lovely, it has a lot of character and It has a great feeling from the moment you walk in. We stayed in the oriental room and it was very clean and tidy and felt homely. The lounge and breakfast rooms were very nice rooms as well.

Lovely breakfast great Ulster fry up with the sausages and eggs and mushrooms being highlights. My partner was particular fond of the jam. Which was from a local maker.

Location

Excellent location outside of Belfast off the duel carriage way and really easy to get to. Only 20 mins to the centre of Belfast.

Has a local Sainsbury's down the road if needed. Also has parking as well.

Overall

Great 3 night stay happy with everything if I ever come back to Belfast be happy to use them again. I would definitely recommend. Thank you very much. Best of luck.

Wonderful hosts and a superb breakfast

Super cosy and clean B&B, beautifully decorated and with very friendly staff. Its location by the road is ideal to go to Belfast if you have a car.

So lovely place! Quiet, comfortable and affordable! Would go back for sure! And they offer a breakfast if you want one.

Friendly. Simple. Lovely rural location close to Hillsborough and Sprucefield shopping area and buses to Dublin and Belfast. Everything works well. Owners go out of their way to make stay as good as possible. Very quiet.
